- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
- 24/7 operational hours.
- 5 days of working per week.
- CTC: ₹24,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
- Night Shift Allowance applicable.
- One-side cab facility provided between 7 PM to 7 AM.
