Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service
Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by assisting them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.

Job Responsibilities:
1 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2 Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
3 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
5 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
6 Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and identify areas for improvement.
7 Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Qualifications:
1 Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
3 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
4 Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
5 Ability to work well in a team environment.
6 Bachelor's Degree.
Age Limit- Max 25 years.
