Job Overview :We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech degree and a passion for providing excellent service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about our products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
