Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries through various communication channels (call, email, chat).
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Product/Service Information: Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and offers.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to senior management as required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Performance Metrics: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications are a plus)
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in [language(s) depending on location].
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using customer service software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and efficiently.
Time Management: Ability to manage work during rotational shifts.
Customer-Centric Attitude: Focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
