Customer Care Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media Resolve issues with orders, shipping, and delivery.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Address product concerns and defects.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide timely solutions and follow-up.
Required Qualification
E-commerce/ retail fashion - customer support experience required - 1 year. / Must have Computer knowledge - MS Office, E-Com platform etc / Language speaks - English, Hindi, Malayalam
