Job Title: Customer Relation Executive Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to EVIndia’s products and services. Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in understanding financing options for EV vehicles. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Maintain and update customer records and documentation Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
