Roles Responsibilities
1. Responsible to handle high inflow of incoming calls and emails.
2. Ability to resolve complex customer issues whilst working towards achieving agreed operational targets.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Capturing VOCs to identify the continuous improvements opportunities
5. Should have experience in inter department coordination.
6. Maintain the set SLAs while responding to customers
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
