Customer Care Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focused on expanding our fertility center’s reach by building relationships with healthcare professionals, primarily doctors. The role will involve fieldwork and will require strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Meet with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote the services of our fertility center.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OB-GYNs, fertility specialists, and other healthcare providers.
Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase referrals and client base.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Regularly report progress, insights, and growth metrics to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed business development targets within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the healthcare or fertility sector.
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a strategic mindset.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits:
