Position Overview:- As a CRM Specialist at GAINFUL GEMS AND JEWELS, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management system. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to foster customer loyalty, increase engagement, and drive sales. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our clients. Responsibilities:-
CRM Strategy Development: - Design and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Data Management: - Oversee the management of customer data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
Campaign Management: - Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive customer interaction and sales.
Customer Insights: - Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: - Generate regular reports on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
Collaboration: - Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer interactions and communications.
System Optimization: - Continuously assess and optimize CRM tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management or a related role, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
