GAINFUL GEMS AND JEWELS is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Diamond Assorter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of diamond grading and sorting. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and consistency of our diamond inventory.
Key Responsibilities:

• Diamond Grading: Assess and grade diamonds based on the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Clarity, and Colour) using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Sorting: Sort diamonds into categories based on quality, size, and other relevant criteria.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all diamonds meet our high standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and design teams to ensure the right diamonds are selected for various jewellery pieces.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing diamond inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using diamond grading tools and software.
• Strong analytical and observational skills.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Good communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in our Jaipur Sitapura.

Qualifications:

• Education: Certification in gemmology or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in diamond grading and sorting.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
