Job Description

Skilled and knowledgeable Concrete Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of concrete mixes used in various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of concrete materials, mix design, and quality control procedures.
Develop and design concrete mixes to meet specific project requirements and specifications.
Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze test data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
Troubleshoot issues related to concrete production, placement, and curing.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay updated with advancements in concrete technology and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations in all concrete-related activities.
Provide technical support and training to staff and clients as needed.
Manage and maintain concrete testing equipment and laboratory facilities.
