We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development and strategy of our student performance management software. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack developer with expertise in the latest technologies and programming languages, including Laravel, React JS, Python, and data science. The CTO will be responsible for developing and deploying software applications, leading the technical team, and solving complex technical problems.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead the technical development and strategy of the software
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality software applications
- Ensure the software is deployed and managed on servers with high uptime and performance
- Lead the technical team and provide guidance and mentorship
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
- Ensure software security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Develop and manage technical documentation
*Requirements:*
- At least 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
- Strong expertise in full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
- Proficient in Laravel, React JS, Python, and data science
- Experience with cloud-based server deployment and management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience with Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with cybersecurity and ethical hacking
- Certification in Scrum or Agile development
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
