About Free Smile Foundation:
Free Smile Foundation is a Youth Driven National NGO registered under societies registration Act 21 of 1860 by Government of Uttarakhand. FSF dedicated for Youth Development, Environment, Animal Care, Rural Education & Human Right related issues.
We are looking for a passionate Communication & Outreach Intern to help amplify our message, increase visibility, and engage effectively with stakeholders and the general public.
Job Description (JD):
As a Communication & Outreach Intern, you will support the Foundation’s communication efforts and engage with stakeholders to spread awareness about our programs and impact. Your responsibilities will include:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, Public Relation, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in collaboration with different teams.
· Passion for social change, with an interest in non-profit communication and outreach.

- Position Title: Communications & Outreach Intern
- Location: Free Smile Foundation Office / Remote
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Stipend: 2000-3000 Per month
- Recognition: Certification and non-financial recognition upon completion
- Reports to: Communications & Outreach Officer
As a Communication & Outreach Intern, you will support the Foundation’s communication efforts and engage with stakeholders to spread awareness about our programs and impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in creating and curating content for NGO’s website, newsletters, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In), and other communication channels.
- Develop and design promotional materials, infographics, blogs, and impact stories to communicate the organization’s achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media contacts, partner, donors, ad community stakeholder.
- Supports the creation of press releasees, media kits, and public announcements.
- Coordinate ad support outreach activities such as workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs.
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, Public Relation, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Objective: To enhance Free Smile Foundation’s visibility and engagement through effective communication and outreach efforts.
- Engaging content for social media, online platforms and print media.
- Weekly and monthly content plans for social media and newsletters.
- Updated stakeholder database.
- reports on outreach activities and their impact, including social media analytics.
- Gain hands-on experience in communication strategies and outreach activities within a non-profit organization.
- Develop skills in content creation, public relations, and digital marketing.
- Enhance your ability to communicate complex ideas in clear, compelling ways to a board audience.
