Inside Sales Executive (Ernakulam & Coimbatore) - Telecommunication

About the Role
Inside sales is the team responsible for engaging with potential customers remotely, typically from our office, using phones, email, or other online channels.
We are looking for the candidate those who have experience in telecom industry
The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our B2B customer base through remote communication channels, including calls, video conferencing, and email. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of leads, identifying potential business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be adept at working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture. Your primary goal will be to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer engagement.
Skills Required:
· Resilience and Motivation: The ability to stay driven and motivated despite facing rejection and setbacks.
· Independent Work Ethic: Strong capability to work independently, initiating and managing new sales activities from prospecting to closing deals.
· Sales Expertise: Inside sales experience of 1-2 years, preferably in the Telecom or technology sectors.
· Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and adapt, coupled with curiosity and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital sales channels and standard computer tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and video conferencing tools.
· Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
Past Experience:
· Inside Sales: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on B2B customer acquisition and deal closure. Experience in the Telecom or technology domain is highly preferred.
· Customer Acquisition: Proven track record of successfully acquiring new B2B customers and achieving sales quotas.
· Sales Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
· Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to address customer needs and ensure a seamless sales experience.
· Remote Sales: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell and communicate through remote channels, leveraging technology to engage with prospects and customers.
· Field Sales: Candidates with experience in field sales/ on-ground customer engagements are also encouraged to apply
Education Required:
· University Degree: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
· Relevant Experience: In lieu of a technical degree, relevant experience in sales and business development within the Telecom or technology sector will be considered.
· Additional Certifications: Certifications or training in sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM), or related areas will be advantageous and are highly regarded.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
