Job Title: Commi 1 - Continental Cuisine
Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 (includes accommodation)
Location: Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Commi 1 to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commi 1 or similar role in a continental kitchen.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
