Job DescriptionÂ
- Minimum 6+ years of professional Experience (Relevant Experience)Â
- Project management for complex, exciting and innovative building construction projects in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phasesÂ
- Development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide variety of building typologiesÂ
- Management of the project team with responsibility for the content and business of the projectÂ
- Central point of contact for clients, user representatives and the design teamÂ
- Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Experience from High Tech Industry is Preferred (Semiconductor, Pharma , Lifesciences , Data Center , Battery / Automotive Production ) ProfileÂ
- Degree in ArchitectureÂ
- At least 6 years of professional experience in design and implementation planningÂ
- Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantageÂ
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishÂ
- High architectural design standards and technical competenceÂ
- Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and actingÂ
- Social skills and enjoyment of independent work
