Design and develop scalable and high-performance Java applications.
Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Java technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Java development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.

Work Experience

10 -12 years of experience in the design and development Java applications
Proven Object-Oriented designer and implementer with strong understanding of Enterprise software architecture leveraging UML and design patterns.
Strong knowledge in Core java & Design patterns.
Extensive experience in designing, developing and deploying micro services.
Experience with Docker, Docker Swarm/Kubernetes or other Container orchestration technologies.
Experience in Perforce/GIT
Good working knowledge of the cloud technologies
Experience in performance tuning in Enterprise Java based applications
Expertise in memory debugging, memory leak detection and profiling
Experience in working with multithreading applications.
Hands-on experience in API design and development
Strong development experience in Windows and/or Linux platforms.
Experience in static and dynamic code analysis and exposure to related tools.
Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
