Industrial Civil Safety Officer
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Safety Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards as per industry requirements, particularly within refinery and power plant environments.
- *Risk Assessment:* Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- *Training & Development:* Provide safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure awareness of safety procedures and protocols.
- *Incident Reporting:* Lead investigations into accidents or incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- *Safety Documentation:* Maintain and update safety policies, procedures, and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- *Emergency Preparedness:* Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness in case of an incident.
- *Safety Audits:* Perform safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- *Coordination:* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety practices into all aspects of project planning and execution.
- *Regulatory Compliance:* Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring the organization’s safety practices are always compliant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
