Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
Overseeing the coordination of construction works and ensuring that they are in accordance with priorities and plans
Producing schedules and monitoring the attendance of crew
Inspecting construction sites frequently and ensuring that manpower and resources are adequate
Supervising the use of machinery and equipment
Tracking expenditure and ensuring that it stays within budget
Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during construction processes
Guaranteeing and implementing safety precautions while also ensuring that quality standards are met
Reporting the progress of construction projects to managers, supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel.
Receive approved drawing and mobilize manpower as per schedule
Plan and schedule the work sequence based on program schedule and execute accordingly
Timely communication and follow up with Site Engineer/ Project Manager for requirements and smooth operation of site
Arrange work sequence to open up works for all subcontractors
Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their work performance and further works need
Ensure approved materials were used by subcontractors and timely communicate to site engineer / project manager
Oversee materials usage and its handling to prevent damages and lost, if found any discrepancy direct apply penalty to prevent such activities in future
Communicate site engineer / project manager if any difficulties / hurdles came which hinders the progress
Regular follow up to receive approved drawing (latest) and deposit existing drawing as “VOID”
