Responsibility /Key Accountability:
Development of digital strategy/vision for the business in line with vision of organization.
Implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts across the manufacturing process and replicate the same for the expansion area.
Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution.
Identify business use cases and Implement Digital solutions which are relevant for business and ensure business value delivered.
Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio.
Identifyingnew technologies and solutions in – AI, ML, RPA, Analytics, IOT, RFID, GPS, AR/VR, RF – that can support, enhance, and improve business operations.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Developing Digital Talent inside the organization.
Ensure the sustenance of the implemented solutions and scale-up.
Partner and vendor management

Build business case and Project management.
Make sure proper security implemented in all the digital solution.
Qualification & Skills:
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology/ Electronics.
Minimum of 12 to 13years of experience in manufacturing industry, out of which 5-6 years of experience shall be in the field of digital solutions and platforms.
Having Multiple Technology Delivery Experience, Business and process acumen, Experience Handling Governance, Innovation & Change Management, Exposure to Best Practices.
Having Knowledge on digital process Optimization technique, data analysis, IIOT, Analytics Tool, R, Python, IT-OT integration, SAP platform (HANA) etc.
Knowledge of Technology incubation process and familiarization of start- up ecosystem.
Hands on Experience in managing medium and large-scale innovation project and management of change process.
Have an innovative and disruptive mind-set, constantly looking forward.
