About Us:
Join our dynamic team, a leader in metallurgical operations, where innovation meets excellence. We are looking for Shift In Charge for our Blast Furnace Operations to help us achieve our production targets while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Blast Furnace Operation- Shift In Charge
Location: Bokaro
Experience: 6-12 Years
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste.
- Oversee and monitor blast furnace operations to ensure compliance with production targets and quality standards
- Minimize operational downtime through effective troubleshooting and proactive measures
- Identify and implement new activities for Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Aspect/Impact analysis
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
Desired Attributes:
- Proficient in Dry GCP/HBS operations.
- Familiarity with PCM operation and Loco/Ladle movement.
- Ability to identify and implement corrective actions for parameter deviations.
- Expertise in reducing wastage of consumables.
