Menu Planning and Development: Create and update menus that feature a variety of Continental dishes, ensuring a balance of flavors, textures, and presentation.
Food Preparation and Cooking: Execute cooking techniques with precision and efficiency, including but not limited to grilling, roasting, sautéing, baking, and poaching.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food inventory levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to train, mentor, and develop culinary skills within the team.
Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations in the kitchen at all times.
