Job Description: Chef Specializing in Neapolitan Pizza and Italian Cuisine

Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Menu Development: Create and innovate Neapolitan pizza recipes and other Italian dishes, ensuring a diverse and appealing menu that showcases authentic flavors and ingredients.
- Food Preparation and Cooking: Execute traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques with precision and creativity, including dough preparation, sauce-making, and pizza baking in a wood-fired oven.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and teamwork.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
