Position Summary: The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions and handling cash, credit, and other payment types. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide information about products and promotions.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately scan items, process payments, and handle cash, ensuring the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges according to store policies, handling any customer concerns with professionalism.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the store’s products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
- Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- May require lifting up to 10kgs as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
