A Telecaller's Responsibilities may Consist of
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Telemarketing involves contacting current and potential customers to persuade them to make a transaction.
- Answering questions, hearing out complaints, and considering feedback in a timely manner are all essential customer service skills.
- Taking careful notes on each discussion.
- Accept proposals verbally and relay that information to our sales staff so they can close the deal.
- Keeping track of sales efforts, both successful and failed, and recording them.
- Participating in weekly team meetings to discuss and clarify goals.
- Respectfully carrying out your duties in all situations, notwithstanding the moods of others around you.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
