Back Office Executive

Job Description: Back Office Executive*
*Company:* OMRF Pipeline Products
*Location:* Kanasiya Village Road, Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal
*Working Hours:* 12 hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
*Salary:* ₹13,000 - ₹18,000 per month
*Gender Preference:* Male candidates preferred
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain back-office operations efficiently.
- Handle data entry, record keeping, and updating files as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing, report generation, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Support the front office and other departments with any back-office tasks as required.
- Ensure all documentation and filing are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and coordinate with different teams as needed.
*Key Requirements:*
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Must be punctual and responsible.
*Work Environment:*
- This is a 12-hour working role, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The candidate should be comfortable working long hours and handling operational tasks.
