Job Description: Tender Executive*

*Salary:* ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Responsible for handling all tender-related activities, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Work extensively on the *Government e-Marketplace (Ge M) portal* for tender sourcing, bidding, and submission.
- Analyze tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, and updates from the Ge M portal.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and government officials for tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Ensure all tender deadlines are met without compromising on quality and compliance.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial bids and contracts related to tenders.
- Stay updated with the latest guidelines, amendments, and developments on the Ge M portal.
*Key Requirements:*
- Minimum of *5 years* of experience in handling tenders, specifically on the *Ge M portal*.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender submission processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using the Ge M portal for tender applications and monitoring.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Age Criteria:* Candidates between the ages of *28 and 45 years* are preferred.
