We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identifying prospects to submitting completed proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Tender Management: Coordinate and manage the tender process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender documents to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines. - Research and Analysis: Conduct research on tender opportunities and market trends. Analyze requirements of tender documents and advise relevant departments. - Documentation Preparation: Gather and organize all necessary documentation, including technical and financial proposals, qualifications, and certifications. Ensure that all materials are accurate and tailored to each tender opportunity. - Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to compile and develop comprehensive and competitive bids. - Submission and Follow-Up: Ensure timely submission of proposals; follow up on submitted tenders to gather feedback and ensure clarity on evaluation processes. - Record Keeping: Maintain an organized database of tenders submitted, including outcomes and feedback received, and prepare reports on tender performance for management. - Compliance: Ensure that all processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulations, and keep abreast of changes in tendering laws and best practices. - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the tendering process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, proposal writing, or a related field. Experience in Interior Design Or Architecture is preferred. - Skills: - Strong writing and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and tender management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Attributes: - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
