Tender Executive
- Preparing documents: Compiling and preparing bid submission documents, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- Meeting deadlines: Ensuring that all tenders are submitted within the stipulated deadlines
- Monitoring bids: Monitoring the submission of bids and ensuring they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process
- Evaluating bids and contracts: Analyzing bids and contracts for price, quality, and technical specifications
- Following up with buyers: Following up with prospective buyers for a purchase order
- Negotiating agreements: Drafting and negotiating agreements and commercial contracts
- Communicating with clients: Proactively communicating with clients and interfacing with other disciplines
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
