Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects.
- Act as the highest source of information for all the service experiences by offering knowledge, advice and answering questions and concerns .
- Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps, dealers and distributors.
- Ready to travel frequently to generate revenue.
- Monitor existing service centres work and appoint new service centres to provide ultimate satisfaction to consumers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and new innovations, materials, tools and /or processes that can benefit the company .
- Appoint new ASPs (Authorized Service Provider) in the desired area.
- Must interact with the prospect Service Centres/Distributors in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company.
- Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitor’s position and depth of customer base to redesign service strategy.
- Relevant work experience as an ASM is preferred.
- Forecast service by units segment by segment.
- Solid understanding of SLA and TAT.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other service centers.
- Technical knowledge in terms of appliances should be there.
