We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in rolling shutters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for rolling shutter products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Present, promote, and sell rolling shutters to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of rolling shutter products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
