Application Production Support for Internet and Mobile Banking Applications

We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Internet and Mobile Banking applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in supporting complex financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor through APM tool and troubleshoot production issues related to Internet and Mobile Banking applications.
2) Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, implement fixes, and deploy releases.
3) Provide 24/7 on-call / Physical support for critical production issues.
4) Develop and maintain technical documentation for application support.
5) Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
6) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Business).
7) Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
8) Ensure Security compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
1) 3+ years of experience in application production support.
2) Strong knowledge of banking applications, internet, and mobile banking platforms.
3) Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be added advantage.
4) Experience with database management systems (Oracle, My SQL, etc.).
5) Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).

Education: BE,BCA,MCA ,BSC IT , MSC IT.
