Job Overview: The Application Officer will play a key role in supporting students throughout their university application process. Working with UAP the officer will guide students in preparing and submitting their applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and deadlines are met. The officer will act as the primary point of contact for students, offering advice, answering questions, and providing personalized assistance to facilitate a smooth application experience. Key Responsibilities: Student Application Support:
Assist students in completing their university applications.
Provide guidance on filling out application forms, uploading necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with university requirements.
Review and verify application materials for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Track application progress and ensure timely submission in line with university deadlines.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure that all required documentation, such as transcripts, personal statements, references, and certifications, are collected and submitted in the correct format.
Liaise with students to obtain missing or additional documents as required.
Check for compliance with each university’s specific requirements and guidelines.
Advisory & Guidance:
Offer personalised advice to students on university program options, entry requirements, and the overall application process.
Provide general information on scholarships, financial aid, and visa processes where applicable.
Keep up-to-date with changes in university application procedures and share relevant updates with students.
Communication & Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact between students and the UNI Application Portal team.
Respond promptly to student inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing clear and concise information.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical support, admissions, and document verification, to resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
Application Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student applications, including progress tracking and documentation status.
Generate reports on application status, success rates, and other key metrics for internal review and student updates.
Monitor the status of submitted applications and inform students of any updates or requests from universities.
