A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives and messaging to determine the most effective strategies and continuously improve performance. Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for digital ad campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and optimal ROI. Collaboration with In-House Teams Design Collaboration: Work alongside in-house designers to create visually engaging marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Best to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and ad creation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management platforms. Word Press Knowledge: Familiarity with Word Press and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
