How you will contribute
COMMERCIAL

Collaborate with retail partners and sales teams to drive sales by presenting actionable insights derived from sales data and retail trends.
Contribute to successful product launches by collaborating with the marketing team on retail strategies, in-store displays, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor retail trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product placement.

MARKETING

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Create consumer-centric marketing materials that align with consumer needs and with brand identity.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities for our brands.

DIGITAL

Work cross-functionally to craft CRM campaigns that resonate with consumers and align with brand objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with external vendors to execute CRM campaigns (eg. automated customer lifecycle communications) across multiple channels, to improve customer journeys and enhance customer retention rate.
Building dashboards and reports using CRM analytics tools to track key metrics and identify opportunities.

Your profile

University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Authorized to work in Hong Kong without working VISA sponsorship
Able to take semester deferral for this full-time internship (6/12 months)
Proficient in English
Self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communicator and team player, with autonomy to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
