Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibilities- To provide the full spectrum human resources services including Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Payroll, Performance management and Employee relations;
- To assist the Department Head to lead and oversee the daily operations of the department;
- To engage intensively of the implementation of the new HRIS;
- To review and implement the HR policies and procedures effectively;
- To compile HR reports and analysis for strategic review and planning;
- To organize and manage the staff activities and training;
- To perform other HR duties/projects as assigned;
- Bachelor Degree in HRM
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in which 2 years in supervisory level;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
- Independent, detail-minded, responsible, analytical, flexible and high integrity;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese. Mandarin knowledge is preferred;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is preferred;
