Human Resources Assistant
Job Responsibilities- To provide full spectrum administrative support in all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, payroll and compensation & benefits;
- Familiar with HRIS system, handle payroll preparation, leave and attendance administration work;
- To assist in recruitment process;
- To assist in organizing the employee relations activities;
- To prepare HR documents and reports;
- To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned;
- University graduate in Human Resources Management / Business Administration;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred;
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
- Proactive, positive, detail-minded and responsible;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate available is preferred;
