To provide full spectrum administrative support in all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, payroll and compensation & benefits;
Familiar with HRIS system, handle payroll preparation, leave and attendance administration work;
To assist in recruitment process;
To assist in organizing the employee relations activities;
To prepare HR documents and reports;
To assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned;
Requirements
University graduate in Human Resources Management / Business Administration;
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is preferred;
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
Proactive, positive, detail-minded and responsible;
Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude;
Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing;
Immediate available is preferred;
