Develop and implement staff welfare/staff relations strategies/initiatives for enhancing brand awareness, promoting goodwill, cultivating team spirit and nurturing a caring culture in the workplace;
plan, design and organize around 16 staff welfare events (such as sports tournament, award ceremonies, annual dinner and recreational activities) / 12 staff relations events (such as Ice-cream Day, Work-life Balance Month and interest classes by designing/editing graphics, videos and audio files for promotion means);
establish and maintain various staff communication and consultation channels such as sharing sessions, staff newsletter, opinion surveys, and social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and Mobile Apps);
coordinate and provide administrative support to the Staff Welfare Committee/Staff Consultative Committee;
oversee the employee assistance programme and conduct review to smoothen the operation procedure and provide recommendations in optimizing staff welfare benefit schemes;
plan and formulate the yearly plan/budget of staff welfare/staff relations for the staff representatives’ consideration and management’s approval; and
lead the respective Unit to maintain a stable and productive workforce capable of handling day-to-day business and work on the ad hoc project as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
A recognized degree or equivalent;
at least 4 years of administrative experience preferably in staff welfare / staff relations and/or event / project management;
proficiency in English and Chinese, and preferably in Putonghua;
Grade D or above in both English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
a good team player with sound interpersonal skills; and
able to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation & employment terms: The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
