Contract Assistant Supervisor (Entertainment)
Responsibilities
(Short-term Contract)
Contract period: 11 months

- Supervise the operation of a particular daily and seasonal entertainment / event, handle any urgent operation issues, and report to the Operation Supervisors / Managers
- Assist with show / event planning, preparation, and communication with related team
- Ensure smooth running of the show / event operation Call the cues for shows
- Assist in arranging manpower and calculating the time card
- Assist in preparing the inventory list

- 1 year of relevant working experiences, university graduate preferred
- Responsible, pleasant, able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills: Fluent Cantonese, with good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently; also thinking as a team player
- Knowledge of computer operations
- Familiar with Ocean Park festive events is preferred
- Required to work outdoors
- Able to work flexible and willing to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays
