Perform general administrative and clerical duties including procurement, office equipment maintenance and office supplies management and record
Handle reception work such as greet and serve guests with professional manner, handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier, as well as catering ordering etc.
Support supervisor in carrying administration and HR duties as required
Manage meeting rooms and bookings
Assist in organizing the in-house staff activities such as the company and staff activities
Outdoor work required, assist in documents delivery and collection
Assist in ad-hoc tasks and other related duties as assigned
Experienced candidates will also be considered Admin Officer
Requirements:
Diploma or above
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
