Account Assistant

Job Highlights

Responsibilities
  • Monitor outstanding balance, chasing overdue balance and handle debt settlement
  • Prepare/assist in month-end closing and year-end closing.
  • Assists in daily banking reconciliation for all payment methods
  • Perform daily accounting duties for both AP and AR
  • Prepare financial reports as needed by Head of Finance
  • Liaise with multiple parties – such as insurance company, staffs from other departments and patients
  • Prepare monthly statements to insurance companies and corporate clients
  • Perform any data entry and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
  • University Graduate, Degree in Accounting be a plus
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience will be preferable;
  • Detailed minded and a Team player
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to different parties such as insurance company, staffs from other department and patients
  • Willing to learn, while solving different problems
  • Adaptive to environment while able to propose improvements to existing operation
