Front Office Team Leader - Elix

Mar Bella is seeking for a capable, outgoing and flexible Front Office Team Leader to support the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the Front Office Department .

Mar Bella is seeking for a capable, outgoing and flexible Front Office Team Leader to support the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the Front Office Department .
Being part of our Front Office team you will:
- Supervise the operations & SOPs of reception, guest relations, porters & doorman team
- Support all the shifts
- Deal with customers and handle complaints
- Meet guests’ requests
- Train the front office team
- Schedule shifts
- Monitor stock and office supplies
- Respond to guests’ emails
- Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Minimum two years working in a luxury, 5-star hotel
- Degree in hospitality management
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Microsoft Office proficiency and fidelio
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skill
