Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests in the F&B department
- Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the department
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant areas and equipment
- Stocking and restocking inventory
- Answer guest questions concerning menu items, event details, and hotel services
- Provide support to senior team members as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from team members
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Accommodation and meals
- Transport to/from staff accommodation

- Education and vocational training opportunities
- Travel expenses are covered once the internship is completed
