As a Production Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful. In this 12-month program (starting from July 2024), you will have the chance to work in the two breweries (Patra, Thessaloniki), immersing yourself in innovative projects and collaborating with many stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
We believe our people are the heart of the company, so we do our best to empower and grow them.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject to mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering or other related discipline.
- Strong academic performance.
- Previous experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as engineer or other similar position) will be considered plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. Auto CAD & SAP knowledge will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Curiosity and learning agility.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently.
- Agile interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to relocate (mobility).
- Military obligations fulfilled (only for male candidates).
