Job Summary
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the aftermarket sales & service team: Part & Filters products
General Responsibilities
- Organized and able to process orders via email, Ms Team, or phone
- Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Provide shipping documents which are dispatched accurately and timely
- Answer internal customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that inquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
- Communicate with staff in other areas in the company, such as Logistics and Distribution Center to confirm the status of orders and shipment
- Use databases or other computerized systems to track the status of backorders
- Provide daily order intake report
- Perform background information on Customer accounts to support the sales team's activities
- Coordinate with sales team and Distribution Center for goods return management and prepare goods return report
- Run standard calculations to accurately compile and prepare report statistics such as BFC report, daily order report.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
- Input freight & handling cost data into SAP
- Issue PR and PO
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Able to work with SAP
- Having experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and work independently
- Able to communicate in English; both spoken and written
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relate field
