The role:
- Accurately transfer data from outside sources to an internal database
- Efficiently analyze and troubleshoot data entry errors
- Stay organized and focused on assigned tasks
- Contact patients via phone and email to help facilitate their requests and clarify incomplete or unclear information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with proven and successful administrative/customer service experience. It is essential that you possess the following skill set:
- Data entry and customer service work experience
- Fluently spoken and written English
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation in English
- Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining precision
- Ability to learn and acquire new skills
- Organized, ability to stay focused
- team player
- Ability to handle a large variety of tasks throughout the work day
- Strong initiative and problem solving ability

Arbeitszeiten:
- Montag bis Freitag
- Wochenendarbeit möglich
- 67659 Kaiserslautern: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)
