Solution Architect, Supply Chain
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and visionary Solution Architect for our Supply Chain domain within our Deliver Services domain. This position’s purpose is to be responsible for our future solution roadmap and architecture within the nominated areas and to develop the solution landscapes to support our strategic business targets.
Areas of responsibility are to coordinate Mac Gregor solutions and applications development & service functionality across divisions and functions within Mac Gregor. In this position you also manage and secure platform administration availability and compliance together with service support (key user) network management within Mac Gregor.
This includes the ownership of the development roadmap created in close alignment with business stakeholders, related solution- & platform owners, service managers, and enterprise architects. This role acts as a lead for the Supply Chain architecture and solution development, supporting team members to achieve their tasks and develop in their roles. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end source-to-receipt processes and process dependencies. A good understanding of ERP capabilities, in particular SAP but also other relevant platforms knowledge is key.

Solution Architect, Supply Chain

Key Resbonsibilities
- Lead the Supply Chain architecture and solution development
- Act as solution architect and responsible for the functionality of Supply Chain process area related system platforms: Ivalua, Sievo, purchasing portals and other relevant applications
- Support development projects in the area of procurement & source-to-receipt solution functionality development, data flows, and integrations of solutions
- Act as Service owner towards business, responsible for solution availability and functionality of the service support together with IM-service support teams
- Participate in agreement negotiations and definition of SLAs and OLAs related to services.
- Maintain the compliance of the license usage with the agreements
- Be a member of the change, release, asset, and problem management teams and coordinate successful change management processes to minimise business interruptions.
- Be part of Mac Gregor IM and together with colleagues, you have an important role in securing success on our strategic development projects and further developing our end-to-end solution architecture.

Skills and experience that would help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or other relevant area
- 3+ years of experience of Supply Chain process area related system platforms - preferably Ivalua and / or Sievo
- Experience of working with SAP or other major ERP system in the related process area
- Good understanding of SAP FI module is seen as a plus
- Experience with JIRA and/or other bug tracking and agile project management tools
- Good general knowledge of IT systems and interfaces
- Interest in project work and development of processes and IT systems
- Strong coordination skills, capability to drive development tasks in schedule cross-functionally
