Who are we looking for?
You will be responsible for managing Business Technology services as a Solution Owner, running and developing selected services, and providing advanced support for our customers together with our vendors.

Who are we looking for?
You will be responsible for managing Business Technology services as a Solution Owner, running and developing selected services, and providing advanced support for our customers together with our vendors.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following skills:
- Service Management expertise in infrastructure, networks and/or security: You are well-versed in the technical aspects and challenges related to infrastructure (capacity, end-user services) or networks or security. You are not necessarily a hands-on specialist, but you have a strong grasp of the subject matter.
- You are able to support our Solution Owner Lead in commercializing the services on your responsibility and provide technical sales support for their sales.
- You know how to coordinate and collaborate with multiple vendors, aligning their activities and deliverables with the service requirements and expectations. You have knowledge in ITIL, process automation and data analytics and how to use them to optimize the service performance and value.
