Who are we looking for?

As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing work estimates and creating solution proposals, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. You are familiar with conducting workshops during the pre-sales or pre-study phase. You possess a hands-on approach to implementing solution architectures, actively participating in development and configuration work. You are able to efficiently manage multiple projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.
If you have a passion for Salesforce, solid problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.
To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent preferably in both Finnish and English and your skillset includes:

Preferably 3+ years of Salesforce design and implementation experience

Ideally Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant -certified

Experienced in designing and implementing digital experiences, customer and partner communities and digital self-service channels on Experience Cloud

Competent in UI/UX best practices

Experienced in leading customer workshops, collecting business, functional and non-functional requirements and designing solutions based on them

Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to constructively challenge and convince our customers to come up with the best possible solution
