Let’s rule the seas together! – Thomas Bayard – Vice President, IM Salesforce Technical Architect The Salesforce Technical Lead is a critical role responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the organisation's business objectives. This individual will serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Translate Mac Gregor`s business needs and requirements into Salesforce terminology and solution
Design and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and features & give singoff for technical design before development starts
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency.
Promote a culture of innovation and learning within the team.

Skills and experience that would help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in Salesforce development and administration.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL, Lightning Web Components is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and profiles.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools for Salesforce development.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, expand existing skills and / or grow into an experienced architect.
Knowhow of jenkins, bitbucket and github are highly preferred
